ATL has a UK-wide network of elected representatives and members of staff who can help you with your query.
Your first point of contact should be your ATL rep in your school or college. You can also contact your local branch for advice and support (use the 'Find my branch' drop-down menu on the bottom right-hand of the home page). You can also contact us, as follows.
If you are an ATL member, please have your membership number to hand when telephoning and include it with any correspondence - this will help us to answer your query more quickly.

Membership enquiries
We need to keep your details up to date to make sure you get relevant information. So if you move house or change jobs - or if you have any subscription-related queries - then contact the membership department. You can either update your membership details online by following the 'Update my details' link on the bottom right-hand side of the home page, or you can call tel: 020 7782 1602 or email the membership team.

Help and advice
We also have member advisors on hand to help with any employment queries you have, as well as out-of-hours support (Mon to Fri, 5-8pm during term time) and our crisis, legal and stress helplines available all day, every day.
