Working at ATL

ATL currently employs around 150 members of staff to give support, advice and information to our 160,000 members.

The majority of staff work from the London office and we also have offices in Belfast, Cardiff and Edinburgh to support the growing number of members in these areas.

ATL also employs staff across the UK to oversee members' case work and to promote the recruitment and organising of members.

£33,783 rising incrementally to £38,367 p.a. (inc London Weighting), central London
The member adviser will advise ATL members on a wide range of employment issues arising from an educational context, with a specialism in Independent Schools.
