Conferences and events

Throughout the year, ATL organises a series of conferences, seminars and briefings. This includes ATL's annual conference, the policy-making body of the union, held once a year. 

Other specialist trade union events such as the residential and non-residential branch secretaries' meetings are organised, as well as professional events including the Education Conference, the FE Forum and the Independent Schools Conference. 

ATL also has an active presence at the annual Trades Union Congress each September, and at the Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat party conferences.
