And find out why ATL is the fastest growing union in the education sector

Career guidance lessons should be built into the university curriculum, it has been suggested.
Dan Hawes, Co-Founder of the Graduate Recruitment Bureau, said most pupils fail to make use of the career services provided by their university, so it is important to incorporate this information into lectures.
"[It should be] timetabled in so there's a stage of [students'] final year where they're learning about CV writing, then the next week they're learning about interviews, then the next it's assessment centres," he commented.
Mr Hawes pointed out that by the time most students start applying for jobs, they are back home and miles away from their university campus.
A report released earlier this week by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation said the recession has had a disproportionate impact on young people finding a job, with many at risk of being scarred by unemployment.
The organisation called for urgent action from the government, businesses and those working in education.
