And find out why ATL is the fastest growing union in the education sector

The number of Scottish graduate recruits who went into employment from university has fallen, according to new figures from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA).
Some 18,435 graduates were secured a role last summer, which was lower than the 18,775 figures recorded during 2007.
Commenting on the national figures, UK Shadow Universities Secretary David Willetts MP said: 'These figures show yet again that young people are the biggest victims of the recession.'
However, salaries were shown to have risen during the period, with the median annual wage in 2007-08 being calculated at £20,000. The previous year's figure was £19,000.
Speaking generally about the report, David Lammy MP, the Universities Minister, said that those with degrees continue to outperform those with lesser qualification within the jobs market.
The information was produced by HESA in collaboration with the Welsh Assembly Government, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Scottish Government and the Department for Employment and Learning Northern Ireland.
