The TUC, to which ATL is affiliated, is part of a coalition of organisations calling on the leaders of the world's 20 biggest economies to put people first
Leaders of the G20 countries met in London on 2 April to tackle the global financial crisis. The coalition organised a rally called 'Put people first - a march for jobs, justice and climate' on 28 March in London, which called on the G20 leaders to create an economy based on fair distribution of wealth, decent jobs for all and a low carbon future.
The campaign is calling for:
decent jobs and public services for all
an end global poverty and inequality
a green economy.
