This course will help you to:
develop the ability to select appropriate staff to coach or mentor
recognise and harness your team's potential
create an effective timetable for mentoring/coaching
understand the referral process and confidentiality
improve communication skills
be able to evaluate and monitor the programme.
There are no course fees for members to attend an ATL CPD course, but ATL does not cover travel or accommodation costs. If you are not yet an ATL member you will be charged £250 to attend our courses.
