Personal injury protection
ATL is committed to providing impartial advice to its members and their families regarding accident and injury claims. We have teamed up with our legal providers who are specialist personal injury lawyers to ensure that you and your family receive first class quality advice and service and, where appropriate, representation.
The service is free to members and their families, subject to the rules of the scheme. We provide help to members and their families who have been the victims of inter alia:
accidents at work
accidents outside of the workplace
road traffic accidents, driver, passenger or pedestrian
slips and trips.
The service is open to all ATL members and their families and is available 7am-7pm, 365 days a year. You are guaranteed that there will be no deduction from the compensation awarded and you will receive 100% of the compensation awarded to you.
