You should ensure that your membership is correct and fully up to date in order to access the full range of ATL benefits for members.

In order for ATL to be able to offer you legal assistance you must ensure that you keep either standard, retired or associate membership. If you choose to leave, ATL will not be able to assist you with legal advice or support. This applies even if you are seeking help with an issue that dates back to the time when you were a member.

Members should consult their membership renewal notice for any changes in terms and conditions.

As with any other union, ATL is unable to offer representation or assistance (including legal advice) with problems that arose before you joined. Prospective members should declare any such problems in a letter with their application form.
