If you are suffering from stress

Health and safety
02 November 2016
The important thing to remember is that stress is an organisational problem, not an individual weakness. If you are suffering from work-related stress, your employer has a legal duty to tackle it. There is no stigma attached to asking for help.

As an ATL member, you also have access to a whole team of people who can help: the rep in your school or college, your branch secretary or regional official and ATL's member advisors, tel: 020 7930 6441, or via email.
