As a union, our strongest weapon is effective strike action. In this session, NEU activists who have led successful local strikes will explain the ABCs of running an effective dispute: how to build member confidence to take action, how to navigate the ballot process and how to deal with your employer. We’ll show that taking action doesn’t have to be scary and leave you more about confident about how you can stand up to injustice in the workplace
